Our approach is unique because we provide\u00a0all\u00a0of the following to\u00a0everyone\u00a0we train:<\/p><ul><li><p>Tailored training that is relevant and practical<\/p><\/li><li><p>Learner-centred teaching by local and international specialists<\/p><\/li><li><p>Follow-up support to ensure new skills are applied<\/p><\/li><li><p>Active networks for on-going collaboration and exchange of best practice<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Capacity building begins by inspiring people. So far, we have launched and supported the careers of over 2,000 conservation champions: half of them from 29 countries in Africa and Madagascar. Our alumni are applying their skills and knowledge in project management, policy development, research and education.
